Back home on the couch

Well...here we sit again on the couch. I woke up this morning to much more unfavorable site than the past few mornings. Unfortunately, my Dr.'s office didn't even open until 9 so I called them right away. They told me that I was to remain on the couch for the duration of the day and return to them on Friday for yet another ultrasound.
